Wenn er schlecht drauf ist, bekommen seine Bewegungen etwas hektisches. Er donnert dann im Stakkato durch den Korridor und verzieht dabei bemüht den Mund zu einem Lächeln. Er ist einer dieser Chefs, die sich am Allerwertesten kratzen, ungeniert der Tatsache, daß man daneben steht. Und einer dieser Chefs, deren tiefes, schallendes Gelächter schon von weitem zu hören ist. Einer der Chefs, die sich wundern, weshalb sie ihre Mitarbeiter nie bei etwas Verbotenem ertappen, egal wie vermeintlich leise sie um die Ecke geschlichen kommen. Bodenständig. Etwas grob vielleicht. Einer dem das Manieren-Korsett nicht ganz so gut zu Gesicht steht, wie er es gerne hätte. Einer mit breiten Schultern, der gerne zulangt, aber zu eitel ist, den Bauch wachsen zu lassen.
Viele mögen ihn nicht. Mögen nicht, wie er versucht kumpelhaft zu sein. Versucht sich interessiert zu zeigen. Frauen in kurzen Röcken hinterherguckt. Sich gedankenverloren in den Schritt greift. Beim heiteren Beruferaten kämen ohne Schlips und Anzug sicher “Schlachter” oder “Landwirt” weit vor “Abteilungsleiter in der Finanzbranche”. Manche fürchten ihn. Wenn er sauer ist, haut er auf den Tisch, tobt vor Zorn.
Er ist keiner zum gern haben aber er ist ehrlich. Und berechenbar. Kein diplomatischer, aber verschwiegener. Er lässt oft Feingefühl vermissen, aber er packt an, setzt sich ein, setzt sich durch.
Er is einer der Chefs, die einem wenn es hart auf hart kommt rotwangig und umständlich die Hand reichen, fest zudrücken und energisch “Schade, daß sie gehen!” sagen.
Dagegen ist mein neuer Chef regelrecht profillos.

meiner ist leider auch eher blaß – so der kumpeltyp eben. auf die dauer echt schwierig – sagt heute zu A dasunddas, dann kommt B und schlägt gegenteilVonDasunddas vor, was dann ‘ganz klar so gemacht wird’, o-ton chef. und worauf soll man sich da verlassen?!
