Ich bestellte etwas in einem Versandhandel im Internet. Da die Ware falsch geliefert wurde, widerrief ich meine Bestellung. Und das lief dann so:
Ich:
“…hiermit widerrufe ich meine Bestellung. Bitte senden Sie mir einen Rücksendeaufkleber zu, damit ich Ihnen die Ware zurücksenden kann.”
Shop:
“leider haben wir keine Rücksendeaufkleber. Bitte senden Sie (…) per Hermes zurück, wir werden Ihnen die Versandkosten ersetzen.”
Nachdem ich daraufhin zwei Wochen weder eine Nachricht noch eine Gutschrift auf meiner Kreditkarte erhielt, fragte ich mal vorsichtig nach:
“… sollten Sie (…) wiedererhalten haben – wann kann ich mit einer Gutschrift (…) rechnen?
Daraufhin wurde mir einige Tage später der Warenwert überwiesen. Die Versandkosten nicht. Nun sind prinzipiell EUR 4,30 nicht die Welt. Aber eigenverschuldet falsch liefern, mir dann schreiben, man ersetze die Kosten und sich dann zwei Wochen nicht melden, ist ungut. Ich schrieb:
“Mir fehlt noch die Erstattung der Rücksendekosten durch Hermes. Sie sagten mir, Sie würden diese erstatten.”
Antwort:
“Sie nerven einfach nur ab. Wir bitten Sie, in Zukunft keine Käufe mehr bei uns zu tätigen.” und “es gibt Menschen, die man in seinem Leben einfach nicht braucht. (…)”

Erzählst du mir/uns auch noch wer dieser nette Dienstleister nun ist? Ich möchte dort in Zukunft auch keine Käufe mehr tätigen …

ist das letzte zitat wirklich ein zitat oder einfach irgendwie sinngemäss? kann mir fast nicht vorstellen, dass jemand sowas einem kunden an den kopf wirft.

Wie heißt denn der Laden?
Man kann diesen Leuten eh nichts weiter anhaben, als deren Namen in Zukunft immer in einem Satz mit deren Kundenfreundlichkeit zu nennen…
@EarlMobile: Ich publiziere ganz bewußt nicht den Namen des Shops, weil es mir überhaupt nicht darum geht, vor dem – anscheinend leicht cholerischen – Inhaber zu warnen. Ich wollte einfach eine Menschlichkeit einfangen, so unverschämt und überraschend sie auch sein mag. Wenn Du Wert darauf legst, kann ich Dir – wie bei Matthias bereits geschehen – eine persönliche Nachricht mit Namen und URL des Shops senden.
Abgesehen davon, werde ich dort natürlich nie wieder etwas bestellen.

Das ist ja total unverschämt. Sowas würde ich mir nicht bieten lassen. Ich warte übrigens auch seit Wochen auf eine Rückvergütung für Ware, die ich zurückgeschickt habe. Keine Reaktion seitens des Shops.:(
Was für – pardon – Arschlöcher! Ich würde auf der Auszahlung der Rücksendekosten bestehen. Schon aus Prinzip wegen und im Zweifelsfall Carsten sogar bitten denen mal einen “freundlichen” Brief zu senden. Und den Shopnamen wüsste ich auch gerne. Du hast meine Mailadresse ja.
